I know that what your cake tastes like is just as important as what it looks like.

And since I believe that it’s just as important for your cake to be delicious as it is beautiful, each cake is made from the freshest of ingredients – Like fresh eggs, cream and butter. There is NO powdered mixes, shortening or lard that is ever used in Cake Flour cakes.
