I made a cake for the 197th birthday of Putnam County.
It was at the court House in Carmel on June 12th and there was a picture of the cake in the Putnam Courier. Check it out…

Have you ever seen a dog bone cake before? Well now’s your chance 
I made a cake for North Shore Animal League that was featured on VH1′s “Best Week Ever”. As you may have guessed, it was a dog bone cake…

Sure the cake looks like a dog bone, but it tasted just like a delicious cake!!! Everyone said it was great and I felt proud to be a part of it.
On another note, I also made a cake for the TV show 30 Rock and also for the movie “Baby Mama” with Tina Fay. I’ll post those pictures soon…

Running Cake Flour takes a lot of dedication and hard work. In order to be successful, it’s important to get out there and spread the word about my creations. My work has been featured in news articles and reviews. I have been invited to attend some great food showcases. I have also been fortunate to work with well respected catering halls, providing them with pastries and cakes.
I was recently featured in an article on LoHud.com, New York’s Lower Hudson Valley online news site. As more articles become available, I will list them here.
