I can’t thank you enough for making my niece’s bridal shower so special. The sport shirt cake saying “Future Mrs. Fitzpatrick” was a huge hit and matched exactly the shirt her fiance gave her for her birthday. Your purple and white butterfly cookies exceeded our expectations and were truly a work of art.
You have matched your baking and artistic talents perfectly! I’m so glad we found you! I know we’ll be back with our future special occasions.

Thank you Erin, for another fabulously made and deliciously tasting cake for my son’s college graduation. The stack of text books with the accompanying graduation cap looked real. At first no one knew it was a cake. You did a great job and for that I thank you. According to my daughter “Is Erin our official cake lady?” To that I answered “absolutely”. Thanks again!!
My best friend surprised us with a custom cake made by Erin last year for my baby shower. It had twins in a crib with a doublemint gum theme saying “double trouble”. It was so out of this world! So, when the twins first Birthday came up I had to contact Erin and I am beyond glad that I did. She created a Mickey and Minnie cake that was so amazing people cannot stop talking about it…I cannot stop talking about it!! She made individual “smash” cakes for the twins with their very own flavor and they loved it! We will be coming to Erin in the future with many more creations. Her cakes are becoming a tradition in our house I think. Thank you Erin for making their first Birthday so special and memorable!
Erin made a cake that was a bowl of spaghetti & meatballs for my moms 80th birthday. It was amazing & delicious!!!! I’m sorry it’s taken so long for me to come to the website to write how wonderful it was. It looked just like my mom’s homemade spaghetti. My mom was shocked!!!! The whole family was – and we couldn’t believe how good & fresh the cake was. I normally don’t like the taste of fondant, but this was delicious. It wasn’t too sweet. Erin – you are amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can’t stop telling people about your talent!

Erin made an awesome cake for my party – it was the highlight of my event!!! All of my guests went crazy for it!!! It was a two layered dog bone shaped cake that was absolutely amazing!! The cake tasted just as good as it looked!!!!!! I would recommend Erin to anyone who is looking for that special cake. I can’t wait to order another one!!!!
We ordered a cake for my granddaughter’s birthday. Gift box on bottom with a big white bow and a figurine of her in her karate outfit on top of the cake…my granddaughter is a martial arts blackbelt. The cake, the sculpture, the gift box, ribbon and bow, and tag was just fabulous. All made out of cake and fondant. Erin is absolutely amazing and to top it off, the cake was the best I have ever eaten. It was sooooo goooood!!! I will definitely order again from Erin. Great Job Erin!!!!
First cake was the Harley Davidson Cake for my son, which was so awesome I could not wait for my birthday to order my own cake from Erin. My 40th cake was the Toilet bowl cake and it was so great. Then for my best friend I ordered the Fire Engine pulling the trailer with the quad on it! Awesome. You are so amazing Erin, a true talent!! Thanks for everything!!!
We had a cake done for my daughters 1st birthday and we could not be happier. I would recommend Erin to anyone looking for a cake that’s made for you and at a great price. The cake was a big hit at our party!
Erin made my graduation cake, as well as a cake for my cousin’s bridal shower and both were beautiful!! On both occasions, everyone would not stop raving over the cakes! For my cousin’s shower cake, I sent Erin an email with my cousins favorites (e.g. the color purple, penguins, hearts, etc.) and Erin created the most adorable, one of a kind, work of art! It was a huge hit and I could not have been more pleased. I was also extremely happy to find that the cakes tasted just as great as they looked!

The cakes were amazing and everyone complimented them and how delicious they were. The Tae Kwon Do cake was exactly what we wanted and the belt was so real looking! The R4 cake was perfect and my son loved it. When we took it out of the refrig at the party we got so many ooooo’s from the crowd. It was great! Thank you!
Erin has made many cakes and cookies for me both personally and for my business events. I have always been extremely satisfied and amazed at her attention to detail, not only in design, but also in flavor. Everyone who sees and eats her creations can’t stop gushing with delight, “Where did you get that cake?” She is a true artist who combines her creativity with superb culinary skills.
